Submitting artwork follow these guidelines:
Images imprinted on promotional lanyards are in black on a clean white background
Print combinations of type and graphics separately. Every image imprinted needs to be placed within the confinements of the imprint area.
Output computer-generated art to a laser printer with at least 1,000 DPI(dots per inch)
Mark artwork for color either on a photocopy of the original or on the original itself.
If artwork for promotional lanyards contains complicated separations of colors, you'll need to supply separate artwork for each color.

Submitting Artwork
When submitting artwork for promotional lanyards follow these

If you are combining type and graphics, and they've been printed out separately, be sure that every image imprinted on your promotional lanyards is placed where you like it within the confines of the product's imprint area. Affix each element in position with spray adhesive or rubber cement.
When supplying computer-generated art, output to a laser printer with at least 1,000 DPI (dots per inch). Although most typical office laser printers produce 300 DPI, which is fine for most other applications, it is not high enough resolution for camera-ready art.
Be sure you've marked it for color either on a photocopy of the original or on the original itself in non-reproducible pen/pencil.
If artwork contains complicated separations of colors, you'll need to supply a separate piece of artwork for each color: Many computer software graphics packages today offer this ability.
